The Louise named after Mrs. Duncan’s mother, is located on the first floor of this grand old house. It has its own private bath featuring a tub shower with seat. Cast your eyes on the original wash basin with the built-in faucet and lever basin stop. If you were born in 1947 you will be shocked at how this house has been maintained. Only the shower and shower curtain is new in this bath. The house has central air and heat but the original window unit was left in the room to give you the feeling of home for the baby boomers. When you are ready to retire for the evening, have a good night sleep in the queen-size bed and wake up to the smell of fresh coffee brewing in the kitchen.
